I have provided a link to &lt;a href="http://null/exchweb/bin/redir.asp?URL=http://www.stopeid.org/" style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.stopeid.org/&lt;/a&gt; where you can get a simple pre-written&amp;nbsp;protest letter to mail in.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;EID is asking for an 80% increase in rates over the next few years on top of a 27.5% in April last year.&lt;font color="black" face="Arial"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:#000000;"&gt;According&lt;/span&gt; to a letter to the editor in the Mt.
