YOUR PRE-LAUNCH PROCESS
As our team kicks into high gear, you’ll notice quite a bit of activity happening behind the scenes and in your inbox. Our goal is to make this process seamless and stress-free while setting your home up for maximum success on the market.
This page outlines what to expect in the coming days and weeks as we move through your pre-listing and marketing preparation phase. Please take a few moments to review the steps below, and rest assured, our team will guide you through every part of this journey.
What Happens Next
Scheduling + Coordination
We’ll coordinate all pre-market appointments including professional photography, staging consultations, and any recommended inspections. Our team will communicate exact dates, arrival windows, and preparation tips before each appointment.
Customized Listing Timeline
You’ll receive a clear, easy-to-follow calendar outlining every key milestone leading up to your home’s market debut — including deadlines for disclosures, photography, marketing launch, and showings.
Meet the Team
You’ll receive introduction emails from our support team so you know exactly who to contact for questions about photography, marketing, escrow, or paperwork. We operate as one seamless team to keep communication fast and efficient.
Disclosures + Documentation
Expect several disclosure and contract documents via Glide and DocuSign for secure digital signing. Don’t worry if it feels like a lot - we’ll guide you through each one and confirm when everything is complete.
Important Reminders
Provide Two Working Keys: Please supply us with two full sets of house keys for photography, showings, and vendor access.
Carbon Monoxide Detectors:
Homes with two stories require one detector on each level.
Single-story homes with bedrooms on opposite sides also require two detectors.
The best placement is in the hallway near bedrooms.
Smoke Detectors: Confirm that all smoke detectors are operational and that batteries are fresh or recently replaced.
Air Filters: Replace your HVAC filter or wash reusable ones — fresh filters improve air quality and presentation.
HOA Documents: If your home is in an HOA, please note that an upfront payment may be required for your disclosure package. We’ll guide you through how to order these documents early to avoid delays.
