Once your home officially goes live on the market, things can move quickly, and our team will be right beside you every step of the way. Here’s what to expect as your listing launches and buyer activity begins to pick up.
What Happens Next
MLS + Online Launch
As soon as your listing is live in the MLS, we’ll send you a direct link to your property so you can view it exactly as buyers will see it. This includes professional photos, property details, and links to all live platforms such as Zillow, Realtor.com, and our AD&Co. marketing channels.
Showing Coordination
If you’re the main point of contact for scheduling, you’ll receive an initial text from ShowingTime shortly after launch. From there, showing requests will come through automatically for your approval — our team will also monitor and help coordinate scheduling for a smooth flow of showings.
Expect Daily Activity
In the first week especially, buyer activity tends to be at its peak. Plan for multiple showings per day and for stretches of time when you’ll need to be away from home. We’ll help you create a plan that keeps things convenient while ensuring every showing opportunity is maximized.
Full Marketing Rollout
Once your home is live, we activate all remaining digital and traditional marketing strategies — from targeted online ads and social campaigns to email features and print marketing. Each element works together to drive qualified buyers to your property and create momentum early in the listing period.

Showings typically last 15–30 minutes, though some buyers may take longer depending on interest.
Weekly Market Updates will be sent every Thursday until your home is under contract, keeping you informed on buyer activity, showing traffic, and market movement.
Stay in Sync: Check your customized calendar timeline for any updates, open house dates, or upcoming milestones.
Feedback: We’ll share showing feedback with you as soon as we receive it from the buyer’s agent — transparency helps us adjust strategy and maintain strong momentum.
